Offline by design
AmidNature does not collect, upload, sell or share personal data, gameplay activity or analytics. It has no account system, advertisements, third-party trackers or network features.
Local settings
Language, sound, display and control preferences are saved in the app's macOS sandbox on your device. They are not sent to the developer. You can restore defaults in Settings. To remove retained local files, quit the app and remove its sandbox data using macOS file management.
Permissions
The game does not request access to your microphone, camera, contacts, photos or location. Opening a support or privacy website uses your browser; the game itself does not connect to a server.
Apple diagnostics and purchases
App Store purchases are processed by Apple. TestFlight feedback and operating-system diagnostics are managed by Apple according to your Apple settings and Apple's privacy terms. The game does not run its own crash-reporting or analytics service.
Contact and deletion requests
If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send. It is used to answer your request and retained only as needed to handle it or meet legal obligations. You can request deletion by emailing orinoapp@163.com. Please do not send passwords or payment details.
This website
These static support pages contain no analytics, advertising, tracking cookies or third-party scripts. They are hosted on GitHub Pages; technical request information is handled under GitHub's privacy statement. Your language choice is stored only in your browser to remember your preference.
